Ballet Technique (PBT)
Our Ballet Technique class is rooted in the internationally recognized Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) program. Using yoga balls and thera bands, dancers develop core strength, alignment, flexibility, and muscle memory—key elements to improving classical technique. All of our instructors are certified in PBT, ensuring dancers receive expert, safe, and effective guidance. This class is a powerful tool for dancers looking to deepen their understanding of ballet and strengthen their technical foundation. Dancers must be enrolled in a ballet class to take the class.
Turns, Leaps & Jumps
This high-energy technique class is all about building the skills that make performances shine. Dancers will focus on the proper technique behind turns, leaps, and jumps, breaking down each movement to improve execution, strength, and control. Whether they're working on perfecting pirouettes or achieving higher jetés, this class helps dancers grow more confident and progress more quickly in their overall training.
