BARRE FITNESS

Friday's from 6pm-7pm

Sculpt, strengthen, and sweat with our energizing Barre Fitness classes! Inspired by ballet technique and blended with elements of Pilates and strength training, this low-impact, high-results workout is perfect for all fitness levels—no dance experience required.

 

Each class combines dynamic movements and targeted exercises to tone muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility, all set to upbeat music that keeps you motivated. Whether you’re looking to build strength, boost endurance, or just have fun while working out, Barre Fitness will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and empowered.
