What Our Program Is About

Our adult barre fitness class offers a low-impact, full-body workout inspired by ballet technique. Designed for all experience levels, this program focuses on strength, flexibility, and control in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Session Details

Classes are offered in 8-week sessions, allowing participants to build consistency without a long-term commitment. Our first session starts October 2nd.

What To Expect
